Skipton Building Society’s Grassroots Giving community funding scheme has launched for 2017 with a total fund of £82,000 to help small groups and organisations make a difference in their neighbourhood.
In 2017, 164 groups will receive funding of £500 to help them build a brighter future in their local communities. Last year, 163 winners shared a total fund of £81,500, and they are now enjoying spending the money in their area, with communities all over the country reaping the benefits.
